Shipping Policy

As of now, we are only shipping orders via FedEx to the lower 48 states.

We’ll start processing your order(s) as soon as it is placed. We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-3 business days, but in the event of a delay, we will reach out and provide updates as soon as we can.

We provide FREE shipping on all orders over $30. All orders under $30 will have a flat rate shipping and handling fee which will be shown in your order information upon checkout. Certain items may be subject to additional shipping or delivery charges and procedures due to product size or order volume, but we’ll be sure to let you know before checking out and contact you for any updates.

Once your order has shipped, we will update your order with your tracking number in your Noviland account, as well as notify you via email. Your tracking number will provide you with updates for shipping progress.

Large Items/Pallets (LTL)

If your order contains a large item, we will ask you to arrange the delivery with the courier and choose a delivery time for the item to get dropped off. We partner with various courier companies that specialize in delivering large items safely by truck, and we will coordinate a delivery schedule with them based on the time slot you prefer. This time is not guaranteed, but the delivery company will contact you with any updates or rescheduling.

This process may take longer than usual shipping (roughly 7-10 days), but the delivery team will contact you with updates when your delivery date and time is coming up, as well as reschedules.

  • Missed appointments for LTL deliveries may incur additional re-shipping charges based on the local delivery carrier, so please be sure to contact them prior to delivery to coordinate delivery. LTL re-delivery should not cost anything to us, and should be handled by LTL company.
  • Orders may be shipped out from various Noviland locations which may result in partial shipments arriving at different times. The same may happen for LTL and standard small parcel shipments. Regional courier companies that specialize in a specific part of the country

For large item returns, we will refer the customer to schedule an item pickup with our preferred company, but they are free to choose any courier that works for them. This cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Bulk Order Deliveries

Orders with 3 or more of the same SKU within a single order are considered a bulk order. If you have a bulk order, the delivery team will unload the item(s) and place it on the curb outside your home. You may or may not be required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature may be needed based on the instructions of that delivery.
