How can I cancel items/orders?
You can cancel any order before it ships. This can be done by going to the order details page, and clicking “Cancel Order”.
How can I return a product?
Products can be returned by going to the Order Details page and finding the product you wish to return. For more information on returns, please visit our Return Policy.
What is the Return policy?
You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. For more information on returns, please visit our Return Policy.
How long will it take to get my order?
Noviland strives to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days, and have your order delivered within 5-7 business days. For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy.
How will my order be delivered?
Most packages will be delivered through FedEx, with the exception of some large items and bulk orders, which may require additional partners for delivery. For more information on shipping, please see our Shipping Policy and our Bulk Order Policy.
Where do you ship orders?
As of now, Noviland offers fast and convenient shipping to the greater 48 US states (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). We do not ship internationally. For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Policy.
What are considered large/bulk items and orders?
Large items are determined by the overall order dimensions for shipment. Bulk orders are orders with 3 or more of the same unit. We will notify you before placing your order if certain items are considered bulk or large. For more information, please visit our Bulk Order Policy.
How do I schedule a delivery date for large/bulk orders?
Noviland will provide a range of dates for our partnered carrier to deliver your order. Our partnered carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery day and time around the date given in your order confirmation.
Can I reschedule my delivery date?
This can be done by contacting your delivery carrier directly, however this may come with additional fees incurred by the carrier. Please refer to the contact details in your delivery confirmation.
How do savings on Noviland Shop work?
By ordering in quantities greater than one, you’re naturally creating savings by making us more efficient and reducing shipping costs. We just pass those savings along so you and your friends can save more!
Can I change my order information?
We encourage you to verify all of your shipping and billing information before placing your order. If you need to change either the shipping or billing information, you will have to cancel the order and resubmit with the correct information. Once the order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
How can I speak to the shipping department?
For any questions regarding products or orders, we recommend reaching out through the messaging functions of the specific product or order in question. You will have a dedicated support team ready to help.
Is my package delayed or missing?
For all updates on your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your email. Contact the carrier in the event of a missing or severely delayed package.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Your order may have been broken up into multiple shipments. Please refer to your unique tracking number for all updates. If you believe your received order is incomplete, please contact your customer support team here.
Why can’t I sign into my account?
If you have forgotten your password or can’t sign in, you can change your password at the login screen using the Forgot my Password link.
Can I change my account information?
Yes. You can change your account information at any time by going to shop.noviland.com/profile.
Do I need to sign for my package?
We do not require you to sign for order deliveries. For large items or bulk shipments that require additional steps for delivery, please contact your freight carrier for their delivery guidelines and instructions.
How are we handling COVID-19?
Noviland has been keeping a close eye on COVID-19 and its effects throughout the world of logistics and ecommerce. In an effort to ensure the health and safety of all workers involved, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. We strive to process every order as quickly as possible. Do you ship internationally?
No. As of now, we are only shipping to the greater 48 states in the US.
Where are my items shipped from?
Your items are shipped from the United States using FedEx or one of Noviland’s trusted freight partners.
