1. How to create an account?

2. How do I calculate shipping and handling charges?
We offer free shipping and handling for all products bought from our online store.
3. How do I pay for my purchase?

4. How do I use discount codes?
Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field at checkout. Please note that we can’t manually apply the voucher code to your order if you enter an incorrect code during checkout. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email once your order has shipped. Updates will be emailed to you as well. 6. How do I contact Yaheetech regarding my order?

7. How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
To change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service via info@yaheetech.shop. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Click here to access our Return Policy.
8. What if I don't receive my order?
Please contact the carrier to see if they have delivered the item to the right address. Meanwhile, we also recommend sending us your phone number so we can put a claim against the carrier to search for your package. Generally, the search result takes one week.
9. When can I expect a refund debited to my account once I return the item?
Once you are authorized to return an item, please pay close attention to the return tracking number. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, we will issue you the refund in 3-5 business days.
10. Where can I find assembly instructions?
We have a copy of assembly instructions inside every product package if your item requires assembly. You can also contact our customer service via info@yaheetech.shop to get online instructions for your item.
